A performance issue affected the search service on one server, which caused a temporary interruption to search for a subset of clients.
The issue was identified and resolved promptly. Infrastructure improvements have been implemented to strengthen performance and stability under peak load conditions.
We continue to enhance system performance and are progressing additional improvements to further strengthen search reliability across all environments.
The incident was isolated and resolved within 28 minutes. The updated infrastructure provides improved resilience and a more consistent search experience.
